We recently looked at the average cost per new patient enquiry across all our clients, and for each treatment.

This is the average UK cost to get each new patient enquiry in 2017, using Google Adwords (adverts at the top of Google).

This is the cost to get each enquiry, either a tracked phone call, or a tracked contact form submission.

All the campaigns that we run for our clients are tracked. So we can see what the average cost to get a new patient enquiry is, at the treatment level.

Are you using Google Adwords to find new patients? If not, you really should be. There are many areas in the UK where competition on Google Adwords is very low, we have some clients that pay less than half the UK average per new patient enquiry.

If you are already using Google Adwords, are you tracking conversions? And if so, what average cost per conversions are you achieving? If they are higher, then maybe you should look at the landing page design, and perhaps also the keywords you are targeting, and possibly also the area you are targeting.
